Family Law Mediation

Family Law Mediations are conducted as follows:

1. In a pure mediation setting;
2. In a mediation/arbitration setting with the unresolved issues being submitted for immediate binding arbitration;
3. In a binding arbitration using a mediation format or
4. Through binding arbitration by written submission.

All mediation fees must be prepaid. Fees for those services that extend beyond the allotted time will be due at the end of the session.

 

All mediations and arbitrations are billed at the rate of $375.00 per side for a half day (up to 4 hours) and $750.00 per side for a full day (up to 8 hours). If additional time is needed the rate is $100.00 per hour per side.

 

A Mediated Settlement Agreement or Agreement to Arbitrate will be provided for the parties and their attorney’s signatures at the beginning of the session or, where applicable, prior to the written submission. I do not do family law mediations or arbitrations for parties who are not represented by counsel.
